"We had a great holiday and enjoyed ourselves. Overall, the trip was well organised except for the comment below. Please take it as a constructive criticism. We wil be happy to book through you again.
The only significant bad planning was at Wuhan. The guide picked us up ontime at 1400h and was supposed to send us to the airport without any tours. The departure was at 1845h. Were we supposed to wait in the airport for nearly 4 hours? Wuhan airport is very very boring."

"I want to thank you for organizing an excellent trip for us last week. All of us enjoyed Guilin and Xian and left China with lasting memories. I also would like to give special thanks to our tour guides (David) in Guilin and (Peggy) in Xian; they were both enthusiastic about their jobs and well informed about their cities. It was a real pleasure being with both of them. In terms of improvements to the program I would make the following suggestions:

1. Try to find a more centrally-located hotel in Xian. The Sheraton is too far out and leaves the guests with nothing to do in the evening.
2. Organize events in the evening after dinner, such as a visit to a cultural event, a night club or bar or a visit, like we did in Guilin, to an adult education center to visit with people studying English. Our group really liked this event. Also, build into the program visits that give people a sense of how Chinese people live, work and play. Maybe a dinner or tea with a Chinese family, a visit to a hospital (which we did in Guilin) or a visit to a work place.
3. Have a packet of the itinerary and local information availabe for each member of the tour upon arrival so they can get an overview of what is planned for the next couple of days.

I hope this feedback helps. Overall, I was very pleased with how well the trip went and would defninately recommend this to other people planning a trip to China. In fact, my father is planning a trip later this year and I will recommend that he work with your agency in putting his tour together."

"I really enjoyed the holiday - thanks you so much for making all the arrangements, and ensuring that everything went smoothly.I had asked for the holiday of a lifetime and that is what I received. The hotels chosen were very comfortable, the guides helpful and friendly, especially Betty and Gong. The itinery was not too overwhelming, and had a good variety of places of interest, and I had time to relax as well.

"Our trip to China was wonderful. Everything went very well. All our guides were great, and the places we visited were fantastic. Thank you very much for arranging the tour. We think you did a very good job!
We enjoyed everything. The Great Wall and Ming Tombs were interesting, and the trip down the Yangtze will never be forgotten. The cruise down the river was much more than we expected, and we would recommend it highly.
