"Hello from Ankara...

Our clients, Emil Family, are back to Ankara. They were very happy about their journey in China and was very pleased with your organization and services. They liked the hotels, the food, the excursions, the guides, and the drivers. All did their job very skillfully and were very hospitable. Mr. Emil was so pleased especially with the kind and gentle attitude of Li Xuyang (Tony) and requested me to inform you about him and passed his warmest thanks.

I wish to thank you for the organization, the implementation, and your efforts in everything."

"We write (Robert and Kathleen Dostal) to let you know that we had a very good trip to China. As you know, you organized a tour for us from July 1 to July 14--Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing, Guilin, Yangshuo, Xian. We had one major difficulty caused by the typhoon in Shanghai. You were very good in rearranging our itinerary so that we changed the order to Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, and then Shanghai. We appreciated very much your responding to the weather problem. All of our guides were very good. "Rose" in Beijing was excellent. She was good about the important cultural sites in Beijing and always very helpful. We appreciated the evening dinner invitation from our guide Li Wen- Bin in Suzhou. He also took us to performances in a garden in the evening in Suzhou. In Xian Yang Juan Mei (Linda) suggested a foot massage at the end of a long hot day. It was a wonderful experience and not on the schedule. We know that you had to scramble to find guides for us-- Su in Nanjing, Bill in Wuxi, Mr. Li in Suzhou, and Josh in Shanghai were all great. Holly in Guilin was very nice. The food was good with one exception. The lunch in Suzhou, near the silk factory was a very poor buffet of "Western" food. Quite unsatisfactory. The hotels were good ("B" list) and breakfasts were good as well. The free day in Yangshuo was a very good idea. We enjoyed ourselves, taking a motorcyle sidecar ride out into the countryside. A nice relaxing day. Things went very well. China was a terrific experience. We stayed another two weeks in China visiting and traveling with our son in Gansu province. We would recommend your service to others. Thank you for your assistance."

"Thank you very much for all your assistance in arranging our trip to China - Our experience and memories will remain as cherished moments. I will definitely recommend your company to all friends and family interested in visiting China. The only one dissapointment we encountered during our trip was as we arrived in Yichang and had to go to the pier where the King Cruise line was awaiting for departure that evening. It so happened that no one at the airport spoke English and we had no idea what the pier number the cruise was at. I did not know that there were many piers - I thought there was only one, and that the taxi drivers would be aware where this was. We were able to speak to someone who merely spoke English and with this person and the taxi driver going to first, the wrong pier, and asking at many places we were able to find where the cruise was; fortunately making it before its departure. I inform you of our experience so that perhaps you may save another customer from this inconvenience. The way, perhaps, we could have avoided such would have been if you, via email, have provided me with the Chinese characters of Please take me to pier #?- I am aware that you provided me with the option of choosing a guide - and if this would have been arranged as such, we would have not encountered this difficulty - but for those other customers which may also choose not to have a guide, the option of having the characters in Chinese and the pier number would definitely prove helpful. Again my husband and I thank you for your assistance in making our trip an unforgettably exquisite experience."

"Please do not worry about our incident in Yichang; it all turned out well at the end; thank God. I must say our trip was absolutely great and your prompted and thorough answers via email made the planning for the trip extremely easy; I always trusted - and I think that means a lot especially when doing things long distance. Me and my husband thank you very much, we had a marvelous trip to China!"
