"It is quite logical that your local operator in Hongkong, Peter and your local guide June did an excellent job, but they should be since they already had the knowhow for many years."

"Now after a week at home I want to try to give you a resume of our journey.

IN GENERAL: The tour itinerary was well built up and the set up is logical. We saw a lot during the tour.
HOTELS: The quality of the hotels are excellent, the location of some hotels are less because they are located in bussiness districts. Check in can be improved by some hotels, as a group you consider that the rooms and keys are ready upon arrival, so that the group can refresh immediately and not to wait for the distribution of the room keys and other administrative work. In my opinion this can be avoided by the local tour operator and it is also their duty to setlle this matter.
MEALS: The meals are often typical tourist meals, maybe you can think this over , especially when you get an overseas chinese group. For European tourist it is reasonable.
LUGGAGE: As you maybe already heard from Molly it is better to check the number of luggage as well as the size prior to the tour in order to settle the transportation of it."

"Thank you for putting together a wonderful trip for my brother and his friend. They were thrilled with the experiences you provided, and thought the guides were excellent. They were delighted with the hotels and cruise ship, and the hospitality with which they were greeted and treated. I will e-mail them and ask them to give you any feedback they may have. As for my husband and myself, our part of the trip was very enjoyable. The accomodations were excellent, the guides knowledgable, friendly and they tried to accomodate our wants and needs.
Thanks for a good trip and some fun memories."

The trip was fantastic! Your service was exceptional! Each guide in each city, Tony, Peggy, Alice, and Vivian, made us feel very welcomed in China and was very informative. We had no troubles getting picked-up or dropped-off at the airports. The tinerary in each city was well planned. We enjoyed having a private guide. We will recommend your travel services to others. China is a beautiful country with warm and friendly people! Thank you for a wonderful trip"

"As mentioned before, you have provided us with an excellent visit to China. I do have some comments that I would like to share:

1. For small groups (2 or 4 people) it would be nice to eat at local restaurants rather than the "tourist restaurants" that were included in the tour. This might be presented as a possible alternative selection to prospective visitors. For the nights that we did not have scheduled dinners, the guides did provide recommendations on local restaurants, this was greatly appreciated and much enjoyed.
2. It would be nice to share lunch or dinner with the guides. We are visiting your country not only to see the sights but to learn about Chinas history and people so it would be great to share a lunch or dinner with the guides to learn about life in your country.

In summary, some tourists prefer to be isolated from your culture by simply eating in "tourist restaurants" with the guide in another part of the restaurant and seeing "tourist shows". Others, such as ourselves would rather experience the day-to-day China and visit with the guides as much as possible.

Thanks again for an excellent trip but please consider my suggestions for the future."
