"After a few days stay in Hong Kong where our son and his family live we have returned to Germany. When I visit foreign countries I am interested in coming closer to the people and getting information about culture, the beauty and general impressions of the various cities and areas. As you know we were a small group and we fit together very well (from USA, Spain, my wife and me from Germany). We all have been very satisfied as the tour was excellent prepared. The Beijing guide Lisa was especially kind and was singing a song for us when we left to the airport. We were impressed about all the modern buildings and bridge constructions as well about the dam project of the river Yangtze. We could notice the cleanness of cities, the wonderful new built parcs in Shanghai and the trafic how it runs when all road users take consideration to each other. Young people are very open and try to talk some sentenses in the language of our country.Nevertheless we bought some souvenirs but we think the typical tourist exhibition shops are very expensive when we compare with the regular shops outside. The result of a tea ceremony show in Beijing was not the style we prefer and the tea which they hoped to sell was extremely expensive. We better buy the Chinese tea in Germany.

But all in all the tour was very interesting, excellent organized and the accommodations were high standard.
So thank you again and I really can reccommend your travel agency to everybody who wants to visit China!"

Thank you for your email. The cruise was great, however, I am very disappointed that the excursion to the Lesser Three Gorges was cancelled. That would have been one of the highlights of the trip for us. I dont suppose we can get a partial refund on that?

Some of my friends are interested in the Three Gorges Tour as well. I have referred them to you.
I look forward to joining more of your tours in the future. Maybe one to Jiuzhaigou.
Its been a pleasure dealing with you. Have a nice day.

"The tour to Xian was o.k. for my friends in all aspects. They were satisfied with all arrangements and came back to Beijing with a good impression. That a German speaking guide was not available was a pity, anyhow, they could manage it also in English.

If I have similar demands in future I shall take your services of Travel China Guide again."

"I would like to thank Travel China Guide for a very well planned tour of China. Although traveling alone can be quite lonely at times, I enjoyed the flexility and freedom that your tour provided over the standard bus tours. When asked by my friends, I have highly recommended Travel China Guide to arrange their travel plans. Hopefully, they will have the opportunity to see your wonderful country. All aspects of the trip, the guides, hotels, cruises, and drivers were beyond my expectations. My favorite places were the Yangtze River cruise, Li River cruise, and Huashan. The scenery of these three landmarks is extraordinary and unique to China.

My only suggestion would be to allow the tourist to sample more traditional cuisine. In particular, Beijing and Shanghai seem to slightly westernize the food to make it more appealing to tourists. Perhaps it is the nature of the larger cities to be more western in both culture and cuisine. Since the government certifies only a few restaurants, I understand the limits of my request.

Thank you again,"
