The reservation staff of the Travelchinaguide is excellent and helpful. The guides are knowledgable and the drivers are excellent. The meals arranged during the tour are very good. If I return to this area, I will very likely choose your tour again. Everything happened during the tour is more than I expected, thank you!

Dear staff of travelchinaguide.com, we just write to thank all the wonderful people of you and others involved in making our tour to China such a success.

From the moment we arrived in China, our guides and drivers we met through the tour were excellent!

First of all I must mention Robert, who picked us up an hour away from Yichang. Everyone on our cruises was confused since the final stop had to be changed. Robert was there at 5:30 a.m. with a car waiting to drive us to the Yichang airport. What a relief! In the dark of morning he took care of everything... and would not leave us until we were safe at our gate. Special thanks to him.

David, our Beijing guide, was terrific! He was knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and was a delight to be with.

Xian was also an experience! Amy was quite thorough with her history and the information about the Terracotta Soldiers. She made our short trip to Xian quite exciting. We wanted to do things a little differently such as stopping at a village market to stroll or walking the streets of Xian and even into the department store! So many people!! Amy was quite flexible and always pleasant!

In Shanghai, we were welcomed by a wonderful guide, Shing. She knows the city very well. We wanted to go in every direction and she knew how to do it and how to find anything we wanted! We really had fun spending our time with her. Plus, Shanghai is really fabulous.

One last comment, all of the restaurants chosen were very good. Food was delicious and each guide was always concerned with our satisfaction. The drivers were also the best and very nice!! I was amazed at the way they were always able to show up in a moments notice. Also any entertainment we went to, took our breath away. We loved them all.

Your agency really made our trip! All of you know your business well and it is that competency that makes a trip such as this go so smoothly. We have already told our friends to see China and contact all of you! Thank you again.
