Excellent service from TravelChinaGuide. Thank you very much.We highly appraise your organization, impressed with the guides and drivers, especially the guide Li Xugang in Beijing, a friendly and knowledgeable guy. My sister and I like him very much.
Jessie, our guide in Xian, has made Xian a place we will never forget. Everything is arranged smoothly. We really enjoyed our time in China.

Thank you for enquiring about the tour we took with you in China. We had an excellent time in Shanghai and Hangzhou, and were pleased to see something of your country. Shanghai in particular was very dynamic and impressive - Im sure it has a great future!
The tour to Hangzhou was very successful, and worked to plan. It was reassuring that your guide contacted us in the Pudong Shangri-La to make prior arrangements for pick-up. We were looked after well at the station, with the guide making sure we found our seats, in both directions. Both guides, in Shanghai and Hangzhou were friendly and helpful. All in all, we were very happy with your service, including of course the thorough preparation by means of these e-mails with you!
Thanks and best wishes, Steve

The tour was very enjoyable. The guides, especially the one in Beijing, were very accommodating. From a personal point of view, I will offer the following observations. Again these are personal and other tourist will probably have a different opinion.
The breakfast was very good. The lunches were excellent. But the time between the breakfast and lunch was too short. Lunch was generally about 12 and 1300 would have been better. Also the amount of food was too much for two people. We usually ate less than half of what was available. I would have probably chosen to have a "snack" for lunch and the meal at night if the option were available. On the night we had the excellent Peking duck, we ate very little at lunch in order to enjoy the duck.
I would have liked the option of wine with lunch/dinner, even if we paid extra for the wine.
If it had been available I would have chosen a combination of Beijing/Xian over the Beijing/Shanghai tour. It might have been on the list but if it was, I missed it.
I will certainly recommend your service to my friends if we return to China to visit Xian etc., we will check your services to see if you offer tours to the areas we want to visit.

Our tour guides were outstanding. They provided excellent history, had very good knowledge, and made our trip very much for.We would like more options for meals with more choices of local or regional foods instead of only meals for tourists.
We would definitely choose Travel China Guide again for our next China tour.
