We are just back tonight, and had a very, very good China trip. What impressed us most was the guides. They were all helpful, friendly, and their English was quite sufficient. Beijing was much work, perhaps too many activities in one day and maybe better if we had some breaks in the late afternoon. Otherwise, all the touring was wonderful as were the hotels. Probably my only disappointment was the food. The hotels were all Five Star, and extremely good. Some of our meals were not very good. Your country has such interesting food, and it would be nice if there was more opportunity to try different tastes.

We very much enjoyed the cruise and the services of the persons on the Star Queen. In the cities, Gloria, Monica, Eugenie, and Ching were all terrific.

We think that the trip was a very good financial value.

Our last night, we had to stay an additional night since the airlines cancelled our flight. We stayed at the Peace Hotel, which was wonderful and gave us some time for shopping on Nanjing Road.
