Your company is very fortunate to have two guides as employees- our guides in Beijing and Xian.

Our guide in Beijing, Miss Zhang did a great job taking care of us. She obviously has an extensive knowledge of the area, she was able to provide us with detailed answers to our many questions, not only about the sight, but more importantly about Chinese history and culture, she was very patient and worked very hard to make our trip enjoyable. She makes a very good impression on visitors and is clearly committed to taking care of all our needs.

We were very impressed with our guide in Xian-Miss Lei. She was very helpful. She did a good job of listening to what we wanted to do. We visited only one sightseeing spot-Terra Cotta Warriors. She was knowledgable about Chinese history and culture. She took us to the perfect store for our furniture shopping.

We would like more opportunities to meet Chinese people. She was a big asset to your company. You are fortunate to have her as an employee. She represented your company and her country very well. We consider ourselves very lucky to have met her. She was responsible for making our short stay in Xian a very enjoyable experience.

The driver drove safely and was always on time. I suggest he keep a cooler with ice cold drinks.

Suggestion: I suggest you consider setting up a shipping service to help people getting gifts back home. We would buy much more if we could do this easily. Weight restrictions on Chinese airlines discourage buying gifts.

Jane and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to China and we thought that the tour was very well organised. Our tour guides were all really helpful and friendly and their knowledge on the history, culture and geography of China was first class. In all cases the tour guides had a very good command of English, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable.
