Thank you for a wonderful tour. I want to comment especially on our first tour guide, Li Xuyang, who was outstanding from the time he picked up each of our group individually from the Beijing airport and made us feel very comfortable and confident in the tour. He is very patient, kind, has a great sense of humor, and went out of his way to accomodate individual needs. For instance, he helped with one woman in the group who had great difficulty walking and made sure she was always OK. Also, he took me to the hospital in Beijing and assisted my care by translating and accompanying me throught the entire process of having sutures removed (which you also helped to plan for). Xuyangs command of English is excellent and Im sure all of us enjoyed having him as our tour guide. When we left Beijing for the airport he had already arranged our boarding passes earlier in the day and had our luggage checked. He waited at the airport to make sure everything went smoothly for us. It was a pleasure meeting Li Xuyang and you are fortunate to have such a wonderful young man representing your company and giving the first impression of China to your tourists.
