Thank you for your email and we would love the opportunity to comment on our tour of China as arranged by your company. As you may recall I contacted you on a Sunday night to arrange a tour for us on the next day. Your prompt attention allowed it to happen for us and from there the outstanding service began. Mr. Sun (driver) and Amy met us at the airport and from there it was as though they could not do enough for us until the time we left. We were especially impressed with our guide Amy (Miss Huang). Her English fluency and knowledge of Chinese history was amazing and she made sure that our stay in Xian was very comfortable and a very memorable experience. We travelled with our 18 month old daughter Samantha and Amy could not do enough to help us with her. The accomodation and meals were excellent all through our tour and Amy surpassed her level of duty in making sure that we enjoyed our stay in Xian. Thank you once again and we have recommended your company to many of our friends should they decide to visit Xian.
