Hua was an excellent tour guide - extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and has a great attitude. It is clear to all of us that he likes what he has does and he is very good at it. I will highly recommed him as a tour guide to my friends and family when they plan a trip to Beijing. We had a great time at our trip and it is all due to Hua, our driver and the travel agency.

This was a very enjoyable trip - the service to arrange trip was efficient & easy and answered our questions. Variety of trips and activities made a very memorable stay. Our guide & driver were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Linda - our guide in Xi'an was an excellent guide. She is very friendly and made us feel very welcomed in Xi'an. Linda is extremely knowledeable about all the scenic spots in Xi'an which enhanced our tour greatly. She was very flexible when we asked for free time and made excellent suggetions that were additional to our itinerary. We thorouthly enjoyed our time in Xi'an;

Our guide was extremely helpful and made our visit to Hangzhou extremely enjoyable, Cherry was very friendly and she spent extra time with us as we invited her to have dinner with us. We throughly enjoyed her company and were very luckly to have her as our guide;

Li was the best guide we had on this trip. He was very wise and answered all of our many questions about Suzhou and China as a whole. He was very personable and friendly and made us feel very welcomed in Suzhou.

Travel China Guide created an itinerary tailored exactly to my
specifications. I was not disappointed in any of my destinations, and the cruise they recommended (China Regal) was excellent. I was able to see a lot of China in only a couple weeks. The guides were very helpful and well-informed about many sites of interest. I would recommend Travel China Guide to anyone interested in touring through China.

Dear Echo,

We're now back in Hong Kong. Thank you for your superb last minute organisation of a wonderful holiday for us. Everything went beautifully and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Weve recommended your service to our daughter, who will undoubtedly do some China travel in the next few years. She will also have no problem in recommending you to her friends in Hong Kong.

The experience on the boat was fantastic, and the cruise to the Three Gorges was unbelievable. We hope to return in 2010 when everything is complete. Everything was well organised, the guides and drivers and their service exceptional.

Our only problem was how much to tip the drivers and guides. What is this usually?

It was a little difficult, as some guides we only had for a few hours etc, one just to pick up from and take to airport, and others longer. I know that we probably over tipped some and undertipped others, as it was a learning experience for us. The boat was ok, as they gave us the recommended rates.

Our thanks again for all your help. I can just imagine all the organisation that went into the trip from your office. If you ever come to Australia, perhaps we can show you around.
