Dear Mandy and Grace,

We thought your tour agency was really excellent and we have been impressed throughout by your special efforts on behalf of our group. We would certainly recommend you to any friends or family considering a China trip. We all enjoyed the trip hugely and appreciated not having to worry about getting around, hotels, etc because you had done such a good job of organizing our travel.

We thought the guides were very good. Our favorites were Rei in Beijing, Jack in Lijiang and Jessie in Guilin and Yang Shuo. They were bright, enthusiastic, and expended all kinds of extra effort on our behalf.

We had also heard that a lot of shopping was pushed, but our guides never insisted and we all very much appreciated that.

I would make a few small suggestions:
I did not like the Tang Dynasty Dance in Xi'an and think you might describe it as a Las Vegas-style show. In that case, we would not have gone. I would rather have spent my time relaxing or walking about Xi'an a bit.

The Dynamic Yunnan dance show in Kunming, which we specially requested and you kindly organized, was fabulous. It would be worth offering to your clients as an extra optional activity.

The lunch place at the Shaolin Monastery was the worst of the whole trip. It may be that there is nowhere else to eat up there, but it would be worth looking into.

Also, it would have been very nice in Lijiang to stay in or right by the old town. The hotel was excellent and we enjoyed the bowling alley and swimming pool, but being closer to the old town would have been preferable.

So these are some of our thoughts for improving your already excellent service. We had a wonderful time and were very impressed with the beautiful historical sights, lovely parks, and incredible natural wonders. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we thank you once again for makign our trip so special.
