Dear Travel China Guide,

Just to let you know that we were very satisfied with the China Tour we did. I thought all the guides we had in the different places were very good, speaking very good English & they were all obviously very proud of their country. We were given a huge amount of excellent information about the country by the guides both historical & general facts which were very interesting & enriched our experience in China. The food & restaurants chosen for us were first class & we felt we'd put on so much weight when we left. I would have no hesitation in recommending this tour to others.

I used Travelchinaguide.com for my most recent trip to China, and I couldn't be more pleased. The service was completely reliable and responsive. Before my trip the agents went out of their way to make sure I was aware of all aspects of my trip and to ensure me that the agency was legitimate. If I requested changes to my itinerary, they were very helpful. On a couple of occasions, plane schedules were changed due to airline changes, and Travelchinaguide.com made sure to contact me well in advance to confirm the changes. During the trip all the tour guides and drivers were prompt and courteous. At one point my son got sick and the trip had to be altered. Not only was the agency accommodating, they even refunded a portion of the tour price.

In short, I was more impressed with Travelchinaguide.com than any other travel agency I worked with in the past. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for anyone planning a trip to China.

Hello,
I've been meaning to write since I arrived back home, but have been so busy getting back into life again. Allyson and I so enjoyed our trip to China, that we were not ready to come home yet. We loved Hong Kong and wished we had more time there. Our guide Rick Law, was wonderful and so helpful in every way. I highly recommend him as a guide.
I am sorry you could not help us with the extra expense for the upgraded cabin, but I understand. I do think, however, you should offer that ahead of time so it can be arranged before boarding the ship.
I have met with some clients since I have been home that I recommend your company to. They were going to take a tour with another company, but after I told them how happy that we were with Travel China Guide, they will book with you.
