Dear Ruby,

May we apologise for not replying to this e-mail sooner. Life has been very busy since we returned from China trip and I am still trying to catch up with my e-mails. Please pass on our thanks to Ping (Top Tour Guide) and our driver.

From our initial enquiry to the completion of the tour we found the company to be professional, curtious, friendly but most of all helpful. Our every query on this last minute booking was dealt with promptly usually by return e-mail with all our queries answered. The guide and driver had friendly personalities and we felt like we were having a day out with knowledgable friends. Accommodation was outstanding and of a high standard. The whole experience was a cultural delight.

All the meals were excellent especially the lunch after the visit to the Great Wall and the evening meal prior to vising the Beijing Opera.

Our guide Ping was fantastic, she pampered to our needs. Her English was excellent and her knowledge of the area and tours was far better than the guide books we had purchased this not only made the tours interesting but more enjoyable. Outstanding the driver was curtious and friendly, the vehicle was spotless inside and out.

Thanks again for arranging such a fantastic China tour for us!

Dear Emma & Billy,

I know it's late but I just wanted to thank you for making our China trip must enjoyable..... we had a wonderful time.

The meals throughout the trip were most enjoyable however if we had any criticism it was that there really was just too many meals. As westerners we just like a coffee and snack ie a sandwich at lunchtimes which is something I would request on my next trip. The meal that we particularly enjoyed was the Farewell Dinner at the Central Hotel in Shanghai.... excellent!!!! As for hotels, we particularly liked the Holiday Inn in Beijing and would certainly go there again, it was clean & extremely well maintained and the staff so helpful and friendly.

The cars and drivers were also good... their driving was fine, they were polite and the vehicles clean. However, again if we had any criticism it was that being only 2 of us we would have preferred all cars instead of the vans we had at two of the locations.and also that perhaps they could have had umbrellas in them in case of rain..... just a thought!!!!

As for the guides, they were all very good and extremely knowledgeable however we did, at times, have problems understanding the first young lady in Beijing (sorry can't remember her name!) but apart from that she was very nice and extremely helpful.

All in all it was a very well organised trip and I would definitely use you again and recommend you to others.
