Thank you very much for your email. It was a pleasure to meet you personally in Xian, after all the emails we exchanged! I will try to answer all your questions:

First of all, we have to tell you we were very impressed with your services. You have always answered all our emails very quickly, you have try to accomodate all our wishes and you have arranged very well all the changes and all the hotels that we requested. Once in China, giving us the chance to evaluate all our guides was a very good idea, and everything has run smoothly as it should. The shows in Beijing, Xian and Shanghai were very good, and we enjoy them all (although our favourite was the Shanghai Acrobatic Show)

Going back to your questions:

1.Meals: We liked most of the meals you arranged for us. The only restaurants we didn't like much were the Marco Polo in Hangzhou and the ones in Shanghai (except the dinner of the last day, prior to the Acrobatic Show). The meal we would recommend to our friends and family has to be the Beijing Duck Dinner at Quianmen Quan Ju De Restaurant. The best thing of the meals in Xian was beeing able to choose the menu in advance with the photos provided by our guide prior to each meal. I think you should try to do that in every city, because is the best way to ensure that people will like their meals. Asking to provide all the menus in advance, before leaving to China, is not very practical, because you never know what will you like to have 15 days in advance, you cannot ask your guide to recommend any of the dishes and you may want to change your menu.

Guides: All the guides were very helpful, and we are happy with their level of English as well as with their knowledge of their area. We have to make a especial mention of two of them, since they were particulary good:
Our guide in Beijing, Juliette, was especially helpful, courteous, and nice, answering all my non stop questions about everything and trying to accomodate all our needs! and our guide in Datong and Pinyao, Tao (or Peach) went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect! We felt like part of his family, because he took care of us making sure that we visited everything that we wanted to see, that we were properly served, in time and with the best available food in all the restaurants, and that we were happy with the tour. Please send this comments to their superiors so they can be properly thanks.

Cars: The drivers were very good and the cars were always clean, with plenty of water for the day and in time. As with the guides, our special thanks goes to the drivers in Beijing and Datong!

Overall, as I told you in my previous email, we are very happy with your agency. You are very profesional, everything has gone according to plan and you have made sure that we were happy during the China tours with your questionaire at the end of each city and your visit to us in Xian. We will definetely recommend you to all our friends!
