Dear Hebe/Eileen,

I wish to thank Travel China Guide for the wonderful trip I had of Yangze River cruise. I wish to say it was very comforting to know that someone was waiting for me at the airport to take care of my transportation to the boat, and also to take me to the airport after the 4 day cruise. The total experience was really great.

At the end of the trip, I found out that my prearranged ticket I purchased to fly to Beijing from Yichang had been postponed, causing me to miss the connection in Beijing to Qingdao, my next destination. It also was the only flight that day to Beijing and there were no other airlines available to go to Beijing. The tour guide who was with me at the airport, was wonderful. She assisted me in obtaining another airflight, going to Qingdao via
Shanghai. It turned out to be a perfect flight because I arrived 3 hours earlier to my destination than my original plan. The guide was very dilligent and worked very hard to help me in this predicament.

Thank you all for a great time, and the cruise was my highlight of the trip.
