Dear Wendy Young and William Ye,

We would like to thank you and your colleagues for the professional and friendly assistance given to us during our tour of China. We had a fantastic time and visited all the places of interest requested on our itinerary. We would especially like to pass on our thanks to the tour guides in each location, who were very friendly, informative and fun. Their enthusiasm and knowledge of their subject was of the highest quality and we left China with a great deal of background on your history and culture. We also had excellent drivers at each location and they were very attentive and punctual at all times.

What was also impressive was the meet and greet at each airport and assistance on departure. You can imagine when traveling to a number of regions in-country that you are concerned on whether or not you point of contact will be waiting. All we can say is we should not have been concerned. The organisation was excellent and everything ran very smoothly.

The highlights of our tour were The Great Wall, Terracotta Army and The Forbidden City. The shows in the evening were wonderful and colourful and gave you that feel good factor afterwards. The visit to Guilin and the amazing countryside was something to cherish. It is possibly one of the most beautiful places we have visited. The river tour was the icing on the cake.

The quality and valve for money of our tour can only be described as excellent and we would have no problem recommending Travel China Guide to any interested parties. If ever we decide to look up China again you will be our first point of contact.

Dear Jessica and Emma,

A belated thank you for your excellent arrangements on our recent China trip. Everything worked efficiently and the guides and drivers were always waiting for us at the airports. We were particularly impressed the way you handled the last minute changes when our outgoing flight was cancelled. We were very happy to be a group of 2 and were able to do everything at our own speed.

With the benefit of hindsight we would have done a few things differently. We should have used the hotel you originally suggested in Shanghai. Although the Peace Hotel has an excellent location it is old and worn out and the staff do not seem happy in their work. Also we would have given Chongqing a miss and gone directly to Guilin from the boat.

The choice of a suite rather than the cabin was well worth the extra cost particularly as Don was a little unwell one day and he was able to rest quietly.

We enjoyed Guilin very much and our free time in Yangshou. The guide there Jesse was excellent - his English was probably the best of all the guides we used - although all of them had a good command of the language - and he was particularly helpful in arranging for us to see the evening show at Yangshou. This was absolutely stunning - one of the highlights of the holiday.
The girl guides we had were all charming and friendly and we talked to them about all sorts of things - life in China and in England.

We were pleased to meet you in Xian and enjoyed the dumpling banquet. We would certainly recommend Travel China Guide without reserve.

Dear Sir/Madam

"First of all, I have to say this was one of the most AMAZING trips I have ever been on. Not only are the sights of China beautiful but most amazing was the hospitality and friendliness of all the people we met along the trip. I don't think we rested for one minute because there was so much to see. The travel arrangements were wonderful! Our guides were so friendly. They answered all of our questions (and we had many many questions.) They also took the time to listen to our suggestions, such as taking us out to try the local foods. I have been all around the world and I can definitely say that if you are apprehensive about travel in China, don't hesitate to get in touch with these guys. They did a great job!
