Our Xian experience was ourstanding. Our driver was helpful and caring. Our guide was patient, helpful and cheerful. Every stop was made most enjoyable because of her excellent and informative communications. The food and restaurants were all excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable China tour!

Dear Nancy,

We had a great China tour. No complains about anything. Travel China Guide did a superb job in arranging our tour. Would of liked to have met Nancy Bai in Xian.

The meals arranged for us were exceptional in all cities. A place that was suggested to us to eat on our own, Yangshuo, was the best place in town in my opinion. In Beijing one evening on our own we went to a Chongqing style restaurant on the 6th floor of the Dong An shopping center that was very very good. Other times when meals were on our own we sent to KFC (once) and Pizza Hut (once).

We as a group felt that Carol in Xian was the best of the three guides. Her English was the best and she was very excited to tell us about her city. The other girls were great too, but Carol was the best. They all did a terrific job and should be commended for it. Nancy also did a terrific job with the e-mail between herself and me getting the trip set up. Once we started the tour all went as planned and we all had a great time. I will certainly use Travel China Guide again in the future.

Hi there!

I just wanted to say how WONDERFUL the tour was to china. We loved how we had our own bus! our own tour guide! All the guides were very nice, spoke great English and very accommodating with the bathroom requests! The hotels and food were immaculate!! I will definately use your company again!

Dear Vicky and Joan:

We arrived home early today. Our trip was excellent and better than we could have hoped for. The hotels were first-rate and we were very impressed with the amenities and service in all of them. The food at all of the restaurants was excellent and we were always pleased to notice that the restaurants were patronized by local people rather than by tour groups. Each of our guides and drivers was very competent and helpful. I would certainly recommend TravelChinaGuide to anyone considering a trip to China.
The only change I would suggest in the itinerary would be to spend a day less in Xian and a day more in Guilin. We were finished touring by 3pm on Sunday and did not leave to see the Han Tombs until 3pm on Monday, so we could easily have left Xian by 6pm Sunday and still have seen everything on our itinerary. Guilin would have been a more interesting city in which to have more free time since the center area has so many lovely parks to wander through.

Hi Michael and Sally,

We were in Beijing on March 2, 2006 - March 7. Our tour guide was Maggie, and our driver was Mr. Wong.
Even though we filled out your comment page at the end of our tour, we wish to extend a more personal comment. Our tour was truly fantastic and a great part of our praise is due to the excellent job Maggie did as our guide. You should be very proud to have such a highly competent and knowledgeable person as a member of your group. Mr. Wong was a very safe and competent driver. Our appreciation of his driving skills increased on our free day (March 6) when we took 3 taxi rides with drivers less skillful in driving.

We have recommended your tour company to several of our friends and co-workers. Thank you again for such a great tour of Beijing.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Beijing. We felt that we were able to see everything there was to see in Beijing. The Beijing tour arranged by you was great. Our guide Markus was very very good and went out of his way to make our trip very enjoyable! The hotel, restaurants and all activities were perfect!
