Dear Emma Lu and Billy Lee,

In general, we were VERY PLEASED with your services. The guides met us at the airports, they were friendly, the drivers were helpful, and schedule of tours was very interesting. We do have some specific comments:

1. Regarding the guides: Angel (the guide in Guilin) was truly outstanding. She was very helpful. Her English was excellent so we appreciated a chance to discuss with her some of the details of the tour, the historical background, etc. She helped us with checking our baggage, in the hotel, etc. We truly appreciated Angel and we hope that you can convey our compliments to her.

2. The drivers: The best and most thoughtful driver was Mr. Yen in Xian.

3. The food: In general, the meals were quite good. Our favorite meals were the Dumpling banquet in Xian and the Farewell dinner in Shanghai. You warned us about the food on the Li River boat, but we found it quite good, with great variety and good flavors.

4. The hotels: The Sheraton Hotel in Guilin and the Sofitel Hyland in Shanghai were truly EXCELLENT hotels. We have only good things to say about both of them. The Sofitel was rated as 4 star, but its facilities and service were as good as many 5 star hotels.

5. The most outstanding parts of the tour (for us) were the Terracotta Warriors, the Peasant Painting gallery, the Li River trip, the visit to the farmer's house, the Shanghai Museum, and the Confucius Temple.
