The quality of Tour Guides arranged by Travel China Guide was excellent. All Tour Guides spoke good English and could provide quality narrative about all places and attractions visited and also gave good insight into what China was like. Without exception they were totally responsive to the tour groups needs and wants. Please pass on our thanks in particular to Rose (Beijing), Ying (Xian) and Leo (Shanghai).

The drivers provided by Travel China Guide were most capable and the buses provided were always clean, timely and comfortable.

The standard of accomodation provided was outstanding.

The quality of restraunts and meals provided was outstanding. All tastes were catered for and no one in the tour group was disappointed.

The attention to detail demonstrated by your representatives was excellent and contributed to an excellent China tour. For example - transfer of luggage from airports to hotels "simply happened" and was ably handled by your staff. Airport checkins were completed by your representatives prior to our arrival at the airport saving considerable time and lenghty delays in queues. We simply collected our boarding passes from your representative and moved to the departure lounges.

Travel China Guide was responsive to our needs. For example - when the tour group raised issue over the number of factory outlets (shops) visited on one particular day, your organisation moved quickly to address the situation to our satisfaction.
