I am very pleased to respond to your request for feed back on the China tour Travel China Guide arranged for us .We were very happy with all that you provided for us .The standard of the guides we felt was very high, we were delighted to come to know them and the three of us enjoyed their company and personalities.They all were informed about the areas we were visiting and were happy to share with us some of their lives which we very much enjoyed hearing about.Each one of them had something special to offer us, Murphy her keen enthusiasm, Coco her relaxed and perceptive responses to our requests, Min's sense of humour and readiness to help, Michaels professionalism and attention to details making our time with him very smooth going, Dolmars quiet and patient encouragement and Tony's helpful and prompt assistance...all in all excellent young people who shared their world with us and added to our wonderful experience of an amazing country. They all spoke English well and it was easy for us to understand them .

We were also pleased with the skills of the drivers...all the cars were of reasonable standard...probably the cars in Kunming, Guiyang and Guilin being of the highest standard...but in saying that the drivers were all excellent...driving with care and remaining with the vehicle when our bags were on board. The driver in Guiyang deserves a special mention as he was required to check on us at 1.00 am after putting in a long day when our flight was cancelled to Guilin. He did this with concern for our well being and no sense of irritation.

The standard of the hotels was excellent and we only found the food at Zhongdian/Yangtze lunch restaurant perhaps the reason for several days of tummy illness for one of us. The places Michael took us to in Guiyang were especially good.

Our most memorable days were the visit to villages in Dali, Quinman, Zhongdian, the wonderful families that allowed us a visit to their homes, the amazing drive to Zhongdian along the Yangtze river, the new national park in Zhongdian and our bike ride in Yangshuo. We loved our visit to Quinman...the people were happy to greet us and it was great to be able to see the children at school, the headman here made us feel very welcome....also our visit to the papermaking village...i think called Shiqiao, was very good.

We were quite nervous booking the tour as it was the first time we had done this sort of thing over the internet so we were very happy when the standard your company advertised was in fact the standard that we experienced .We were impressed with the ability of Travel China Guide to attend to our needs and also when things didn't go so well...such as my daughter becoming ill you were able to arrange extra room for a very reasonable price and when our flight was cancelled in the middle of the night your guides were there at all hours to make sure we were alright. I was also impressed that when my daughter was ill, the guides Murphy, Dolmar and Michael gave us their night numbers in case we needed a doctor.

We all had a wonderful time and would be happy for you to use our comments to advertise your company. Thank you and we hope to be able to do business with TravelChinaGuide again.
