I have given responses to your questions below. Thank you for helping organise a very successful trip during what is often thought of a very stressful time to travel!

The meals arranged for us were excellent, good quality food, and plenty of it. The meals that we had were of equal quality, and we would recommend either to our friends or family.

The car was kept clean, and the attitude of the driver was good.

As our tour was a short tour we only had one guide, however we thought the service she provided was above excellent, she was enthusiastic, accommodating, conscientious and a pleasure to spend our time with. We were extremely impressed with her skills, she combined good English with excellent knowledge of the places we visited and the Chinese history behind them. We cannot state enough how much we enjoyed having her as our guide.

I also wanted to add that the service provided directly by Travel China Guide was extremely professional, the speedy responses to our queries and other services provided really ensured that our travel over the Golden Week period in China was completely unstressful and successful, so thank you very much for your help in that regard.
