Dear TravelChinaGuide,Thank you for a fantastic tour of your lovely country. It was a great journey and we came back with much more knowledge of China and its history.
We were always met on time by the various guides at the airports; never had to wait for them. To have a guide and a driver was fantastic; we felt we could spend as much or as little time as we wanted without any problems. The guides were all very knowledgeable (sometimes too much - it's hard to remember everything said) and curious and most went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. Of all the guides, Heidy (HaiLi) in Yangshuo was by far the cutest and nicest of them all. Thanks to her and to the agency for remembering my birthday and giving me a gift - that was very nice and surprising.
I must confess that I was a little worried about having done the whole reservation through the Internet and also sending a big amount of money to somebody I had not met before. However, everything went well.
Also I want to thank you for personally coming and greeting us at the dinner in Xian. That was very nice.
Sincerely,
Eva B. Goode

HiMy husband and I were very pleased with every detail of our tour. There was always someone at airports to pick us up, all guides spoke English very well and had a very good knowledge of their cities. All guides were very pleasant young people who made us fell most welcome and met our needs as tourist. Of special note was our guide in Lhasa who went out of his way to organise to take us to the train station to view the new train coming in from Shanghai. This was of interest to my husband as he was part of the design team that designed the new locomotives that pull this train.
Hotels were of a very high standard as available in each city. Food also was of a very high standard with the only complaint being that there was probably too much at times.
We would have no hesitation to recommend Travel China Guide to others and have already done so.
Thanks again for your excellent service and assistance with our trip.
regards
