We are pleased to answer all the questions below.

For the meals: We were not given options for meals in Beijing - our guide picked everything for us. While we liked his picks, we were surprised that we were able to choose our own meals in the next town. I think it would be nice to see a menu in all restaurants if possible.

Our favorite meal was the Peking Duck that our guide arranged for us in Beijing.

For the drivers and cars: The drivers were all courteous and the vans were kept very clean. No complaints at all.

For the guides: We thought Lily in Xian was wonderful. She made us feel like friends and I would recommend her to anyone traveling to Xian. She was upbeat and was excited about all of the sites even though I know she's been there many times.

Overall, I would highly recommend Travel China Guide to anyone making the trip to China. The guides were a welcome sight at each city. They helped us check in to the hotels, check in at the airport and made sure we didn't get confused or lost in a new city. There is so much history in China and we would have missed out on that without the guides. It was nice to have an air conditioned van waiting at the end of each stop on hot days. We hope to travel again in China and will definitely contact TravelChinaGuide.com at that time.
