Dear Ms. Zhang, dear Ms. Wang,
Many thanks for your questionnaire. I think it a nice custom to ask your clients how they liked the trip.
To begin with the resume:
We found the tour most efficiently and cleverly arranged by you and loved every bit of it. There is nothing that did not work as planned or fell below our expectations. Even if you pressed us for complaints, there just would be none. Thus the resume is one big compliment for your agency and for everyone of you personally.
Now for the details.
Food: We were fully aware from the very outset that along the roads of Xinjiang we would not be driving from one gourmet restaurant to the next. Given that, the food was always all right and sometimes much better. None of us got sick, at least not because of the food. If you plan just one meal per day, I would suggest it should be lunch. Even if the tourists would willingly go without a meal between breakfast and dinner, the guides and drivers surely would not, so there will be a pause for lunch anyway.
Guides: All our guides were good and knowledgeable and had sufficient knowledge of English. However, there were differences in the degree of excellence. Chen Jaoli from TravelChinaGuide handled us most professionally and was extremely concerned about our wellbeing. Our Xinjiang guide Liuxiao Dong was wonderful in every respect, and we all almost shed tears when we said goodbye. I go on to think of him not as a hired guide but as a friend.
Drivers: The service attitude of the drivers was fine, and one of them (Mr.Li in Xinjiang, the "Desert Tiger") had plenty of opportunity to show how excellent, undauntable and safe a driver he is, taking us along the at times very rough roads of the Tienshan. They all cared for their cars and kept them meticulously clean.
So thank you once again for all your ingenious help. Have a nice day.
