He was by far, the most genuine and knowledgeable guide we encountered during our entire stay in the PRC. Thanks to Tenzin, we learned about numerous Tibetan Buddhist beliefs and got to exerpience a taste of traditional Tibetan life.

Also, thank you for your flexibility and cooperation when I experienced altitude sickness and needed to change our itinerary. Your agency and our tour guide worked out details allowing us to stay one extra night in Shigatse and acclimating to the higher elevation. Your understanding went a long way towards making the rest of the trip enjoyable.

I'll be glad to offer my impressions for our China tour. First let me begin by congratulating travelchinaguide.com for your excellent service in assisting me in setting up this tour. In general, it went beyond my expectations.

Your tour guides and drivers were always prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and willing to please. Their English was very good and clear. I could not pick one over the others since in each city they were outstanding. They were also helpful in making recommendations for our free days. The cars were always clean and comfortable. The drivers were very good and careful.

The meals were excellent. Good choice of restaurants and menu items. I especially enjoyed the a la carte meals since they allowed more choices and flexibility. The only meal that was a little below the standard of the others, was the lunch buffet at Suzhou.

Our whole group was extremely pleased with the hotel choices. They were really 5 star hotels. Even the Sofitel, which was the only 4 star hotel, was as good as the others. The breakfasts in all the hotels were great. Their overall service was outstanding.

This was really a memorable trip. I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive when I booked the tour with your company since I really didn't know anything about you. For me it was like a "leap of faith" to trust you and hope for good service. Now, I would not hesitate in recommending travelchinaguide.com to any of my friends since everyone in our group was very happy and enjoyed China very much thanks to you.
