I just finished my Beijing tour and I want you to know how WONDERFUL it was. I don't think it could have been planned any better even with months in advance!
Our guide Hua Rong (Bob) was truthfully the best guide I have ever had in all my traveling. He had very good command of the English language and was extremely knowledgeable of the history of the places we attended. He had a great deal of respect and politeness with just the right touch of humor to make the trip so enjoyable.
The driver was extremely skilled with the tough Beijing driving conditions and so polite and helpful.
I just was very lucky when I was exploring Beijing on the internet to find your company. Be assured that I will recommend TravelChinaGuide to anyone coming to China.

Judy:
It was a pleasure to meet you in Xian last week. We had corresponded so much through email that I had really hoped I would get a chance to meet you in person. And thank you for the T-Shirts and the brochure.
My son and I had a fantastic experience in China and of course I would be happy to give you my opinion of my experience with Travel China Guide.
Meals - all of the meals (including the buffet breakfasts) arranged by your service were good. There was often too much food served and we felt guilty wasting it, but the wide variety of different foods to try was very nice - and we always found several items we really liked. The Peking Duck was probably the best dinner, and the lunch on the way to the China Wall was probably the best lunch.
Guides - here again everything was perfect. Each guide (in all four cities) was always on time and made sure that everything was taken care of when we stopped for a meal or checked into a hotel. Each guide explained what we were seeing and was able to answer any question we had. While some guides' English was better than others, we had no trouble communicating with any of them. All of the guides were also flexible if we wanted to stay a little longer or move a little faster, and many made suggestions for additional things that we might want to do. But the guides were more than just guides and interpreters; they were also friendly and open in conversation with us, which made the time we spent with them so pleasant. I really feel like I made four good friends in China and this is something I will always remember.
Cars and Drivers - everything was perfect here too. The cars in all four cities were comfortable and were cleaned out every morning. And we always had fresh water (2 bottles each) waiting for us each morning. The drivers were pleasant and very skilled, even in the very challenging Shanghai and Beijing traffic. The driver we had on our return to Beijing (Saturday and Sunday April 14th and 15th) was especially friendly and was learning English.
As I said before, all of the guides were wonderful so it is really hard to single out just one of them as exceptional.
"Leena" (our guide in Xian) had exceptionally good English, so good that I thought she must have lived in the United States for at least a few years (some of her speech mannerisms were characteristic of a person who lived in California). Leena listened to our conversation and then would make suggestions for things we might enjoy ¨C like riding bicycles on the City Wall in Xian, or going to a Tea Ceremony.
"Maggie" (our guide in Beijing) was probably the most knowledgeable of the four and told us many stories that made the history of the Forbidden City come to life. Because of our itinerary, we had some long car rides with Maggie and really got to know her well, so we learned much about modern Beijing and the Chinese people too.
Please feel free to publish any comments and my email address as a very satisfied customer. Should the opportunity arise, I would also be happy to act as a reference and speak directly to a potential client about my experience with Travel China Guide.
Thank you again for your help in planning this trip. Our memories of the amazing things we saw, the history that we learned, and the friendly Chinese people we met, will stay with us forever.
I hope to visit China again and will definitely use TravelChinaGuide again when I return to China.
