Thank you very much for having arranged a wonderful China trip for my family. We were extremely happy with all the arrangements, meals, guides, drivers and of course with China. It would be very hard to find fault with any of the services you provided.

Meals: We would have enjoyed sharing our meals and the table with our guides. This would have given us a chance to get to know the different food types better. The best meal we would recommend to any of our friends would be the dinner at the Wang Bo He restaurant at the Central Hotel in Shanghai. The service there was not what one would expect at such a restaurant but the food was terrific.

Guides: We were extremely happy with all our guides. They were very warm, friendly, knowledgeable and explained the respective cities, their historical and modern sights as well as China's rich culture and customs to us very well. Their language skills were impressive and we enjoyed our days with them. We would have preferred to address our guides by their original Chinese names, which are not at all difficult to pronounce. We wondered why they had to assume "foreign" names.

Cars: In all three cities, the cars and their drivers were to our full satisfaction. Even in very heavy traffic (as on the way to the Great Wall and in Shanghai), we were driven very safely.

The Beijing and Xian Opera shows were wonderful openings to Chinese culture while the acrobatic show in Shanghai was pure fun.

I would like to point out that the Beijing Airport Garden Hotel is not a good hotel by any standard. It does not qualify even as a three star hotel. The people there were very nice, but the room was not good at all. Based on what you had told us, we had expected a lower grade hotel, but what we found was much lower than that. We didn't mind too much though because we were there only for six hours.

We thank you for having sent a representative to meet with us in Xian and give us the three tee shirts. We appreciate the gesture.
