The meal on the first day (Saturday) was excellent. The restaurant was a good choice with excellent food and a good social atmosphere. I did order too much but I think everyone assumed I had a big appetite. The food was delicious and excellent so I made a good mark on all the dishes. As I was on my own I preferred this to the private room at the Horizon Restaurant. The dumpling dinner was also delicious but the plate of cold appetisers looked like it had been on the table for some time and thus did not look very attractive.

I have nothing but praise for Rita she made my tour smooth and like clock work. Everything went without any problems. She was knowledgable and informative and could communicate easily and freely. She even understood my British sense of humour! Her detailed knowledge of Xian and all the attractions and sights was fantastic. I cannot recall a question that she could not answer. When there was an opportunity to amend the schedule Rita explained the options and allowed me to make the decisions. I would recommend Rita most highly to any future clients.

The driver was excellent throughout my tour and always acted considerately and courteously. The car was kept clean throughout my tour and driving standards were without incident and smooth. The one criticism was the squeal that eminated from the drivers window when shut. I found it quite funny but it would have put my wife's teeth on edge if she had been there.

Overall the whole experience was excellent. The organisation and scheduling of my tour was great. Being a novice in China with only a very limited time available I was keen to make the most of my stay. Your organisation and Rita's guidance proved to be an excellent way to utilise my time. I was a little nervous parting with a considerable sum of money with little references but any fears were completely unfounded as the arrangements and communications were finalised. I will have no hesitation in using your services again and will recommend Travel China Guide to friends and relatives visiting China. If their vacations are as memorable as mine then they will be truly lucky.

Hi,

I just wanted you to know that my daughter Alexa (age 11) and I had a great time while on our 9 day trip in China in July. We traveled in the small group that Travel China Guide offered and we found it much more enjoyable than traveling with a large group. The tour guides, David and Lilly were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about the artifacts we saw, well spoken, pleasant, kind and most accommodating. They even played games with us after visiting sites to see if we had learned anything. Much to my daughter's delight, she found this to be educational and fun. The bus drivers were helpful at assisting the passenger's when needed. The foods in the restaurant's was excellent. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff very accommodating to our needs.

On my next trip to China, I plan on using Travel China Guide again. I highly recommend Travel China guide to anyone that is planning to visit China.
