  First of all, I thank all the drivers and guides for their services. In particular, the Shanghai, Beijing, and Xian guides were outstanding in their services. They made my days in those cities pleasurable and memorable. I wish I could have them again in other cities I may visit in the future.

As for TravelChinaGuide, I was totally satisfied with the itinerary and all your selections from restaurant to entertainment show. I thank your company for pampering me throughout the trip. I would definitely use your company when visiting China again. I am already recommending your company to my friends and colleagues.

If I were to pick the best guide among my guides, the Xian guide would be my choice. I arrived late in the evening in Xian and told her that I needed to eat something. Even though bringing me to the hotel was the end of her duty that day, she personally took me to a small local restaurant where I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Seeing the Great Wall of China was a pleasure but eating food at a tiny restaurant with ordinary Chinese people was also a memorable experience.

Overall, my first China trip was superb thanks to TravelChinaGuide. Thanks once again for your excellent job and look forward to another trip through your company.

I have just arrived back in Hong Kong from a four day tour to Guilin which was organised for me and four friends by your travel company. We all had an unforgettable experience and everything went very smoothly. I particularly want to comment on the dedication and professionalism of our tour guide, 'William' (I'm sorry but I do not know his Chinese name). William's hard work and consistent attention to detail ensured us a unique and relaxing experience. His kindness and good humour was also appreciated by us all. Please pass on my gratitude to him.
