We enjoyed the meals you arranged for us. On the day to Sacred Way, Ming Tomb and Badaling, the Sichuan lunch was a pleasant surprise. This would be the one I would recommend to my friends.
We found all the guides you provided very conscientious and personable. We enjoyed them.
We found all the English-speaking guides spoke very good to excellent English.
We find that the buses were kept clean and the drivers were polite and helpful.
We offer kudos to our Beijing and Xian guides and drivers. Due to missing luggage when arriving in Beijing, our Beijng guide, Jason and driver, Mr. Chen had to wait two hours for us to file a missing luggage report with Air Canada. When leaving Beijing for Xian, due to weather delays, Jason again was duty bound to wait an extra two hours before he was able to check us in. We finally arrived in Xian at 1:30 am without any luggage. Our Xian guide, Echo and driver, Mr.Yuan cheerfully greeted us. Echo was helpful to rearrange our itinerary for the next day. Echo and Mr. Yuan also had to work without lunch since we opted to skip lunch.
Kudos also to Cythnia Xiao who came to the hotel with our refund for the cancelled Tang Dynasty Show and waited over an hour to find me. We all love the Travel China Guide T-shirts.
I am very impressed with the organization of the tour as well as the responsiveness of the travel counsellors, Cynthia Xiao and Emma Lu. The travel counsellors kept us up-to-date regarding itinerary changes that were beyond their control. We appreciate their conscientiousness and their customer service attitude.
