It was very nice to meet and talk with you during our stay in Xian and we would like to take this oportunity to thank you for your kind assistance in the arranging of a wonderful holiday in China. To give you some positive feedback in writing what we suggested during our conversation, Travel China Guide should advise their clients in advance what the normal range of expectations are for tips to guides and drivers.

In response to your message below we would like to comment as follows:

Meals: Apart from one, all the meals we had during our stay in China were excellent and would recommend any of them. One in particular that we thought was exceptional would be the evening buffet dinner in the Crowne Plaza Hotel on our arrival in Beijing - superb.

Guides: Our guide in Xian had a good knowledge of the places visited and her spoken English was very good but we felt that outside of the places we visited she was not forthcoming with any information and we had to ask all the time if we wanted to know anything.

The visit to the City Wall programmed for Wednesday, was changed with the visit to the Provincial Museum scheduled for Thursday. This was not advised to us until we asked about the visit to the City Wall on Thursday morning.

Cars: All the vehicles used were in very good condition and clean. The drivers were very good and courteous and performed their duites well.

Compliments: We would like to give special compliments to our guides Nancy in Beijing and to Lulu in Shanghai who both carried out their job in a friendly and professional way. This made our time in China seeing all the fantastic places a wonderful experience that we will always remember.

We would also like to compliment Travel China Guide for a well arranged holiday that overall went very smoothly from the pick-up at the airport on arrival in Beijing to our departure in Shanghai.

The Hotels chosen were excellent and in central locations within walking distance to amenities. All the meals apart from one were very very good and the amount of food more than enough. We thouroughly enjoyed the "Tang Dynasty Music & Dance Show" and the "Portman Acrobatic Show" was breathtaking.
