Dear Brenda and Judy,

We regret that we did not answer immediately but we have been touring France as well and although we have been preparing our mail to you, we did not have the time to send it, until today.

We would like to start by saying that we are very well impressed by the way you prepared such a China tour. Until you are in China you can understand the size of that nation and what it takes to prepare the logistics for a tour such as ours. We want to thank you for everything you did to make this China trip unforgettable.

We liked most meals, but we truly feel it was too much. And the ideal thing for our three-person group would have been "a la carte" which means choosing from a menu. You must realize that all those new tastes in Chinese food are quite an experience to most travelers. So, more help is needed in explaining about the food one is going to eat, for example the sauces that accompany the dishes, whether they are made of soy bean, or semi-sweet, or hot (as in piquant), etc. We suggest you help the restaurants you work with to improve this aspect that could make a big difference.

All of the guides were good and they seemed to know not only their history, but also their regions quite well and were able to answer the questions about China that the visitor can pose.

Drivers and cars were very good. If something was not right they would immediately either change the vehicle or repair the problem - as air-conditioning. They were courteous and very efficient. It was a pity we could not communicate with them, except with broad smiles and gests. Some of them were even extremely careful as my husband was in pain with his back and they did everything to have him comfortable. We liked them all.

We sincerely believe that our tour has been memorable. Julia was the star guide of our trip. But we really appreciated all of the guides that we stated, for their interest in our comfort, needs, and expectations. To your company for the way you handled our China trip. We enjoyed meeting Brenda in Xian, after all the e-mails, calls that went to and fro and that we could put finally a face in our minds, when we met her.

That we had a wonderful time in our trip to China, for we were impressed by the way Travel China Guide handled our program and thus making our visit to China a memorable one.

If we return again to China, we will certainly contact Travel China Guide and now we know how to determine the places and arrangements we would need, thanks to your services.
