First, I am sorry it has taken so long to respond as we came straight back to work and the computer network has been down during upgrade.

Can I say overall that the private tour we booked with Travel China Guide is the best we have experienced in over 30 years of travelling around the world, throughout 6 continents.

1. The meals were of an exceptional standard. We were pleased with the choice of restaurants that let us experience many different foods from China.

2. Our guide was brilliant. There is nothing at all to comment but praise. Her English was good; she knew everything about the places we visited; she went out of her way to make us comfortable and always answered questions fully. One of the reasons we fell in love with Beijing was because of Nancy. She did everything for us, even to the point of teaching us some Chinese which we really enjoyed while we were driving! Nancy is a brilliant advertisement for your company. She was careful to ensure we were warm when the weather was cool; she always made sure that we were getting meals that we enjoyed; she always let us know where we were going, how long, and even what footwear would be best. She made us feel that Beijing was our home and she cared for us in a professional and friendly way that touched our hearts.

3. The driver was very careful and the car was kept immaculate. If we were walking he was always aware of where we were and made sure that we got safely to the car. He was kind, polite and made us feel very safe.
