We really enjoyed all aspects of your service throughout China. I would recommend Travel China Guide to anyone planning a China trip.

Regarding to the specific aspects:

The meals we were served were of good quality with a variety of items. We seemed to enjoy the meals where we could choose the menu for ourselves. I, personally, would have enjoyed a glass of wine with my dinner at no additional cost, since I do not drink beer. We very much enjoyed the buffet dinner at the Holiday Inn before the Yangtze River cruise.

All our guides were excellent. They were caring, conscientious and knowlegable. They assisted us in ordering and explaining our meal selections, checking us in to our hotels and assisting us in our plane flight reservations-even waiting until we were through security to wave good-bye!

All of our guides met or exceeded our expectations.

Each of our vans and drivers were excellent. No problems or complaints. All vans were clean and comfortable.

We all had opinions about who our favorite guide was so I would have to say we enjoyed all of them!

Century Star cruise from Yichang to Chongqing was very good. Travel China Guide and they provided a professional and efficient service. When you take a cruise it is more about the journey and not the destination from that point of view the Cruise ship staff were very warm, helpful and welcoming. I personally would have preferred more western dish options for dinner and lunch.

Overall, it was a fun trip, we met some nice people on the cruise.

The service on the boat was very good. I would have preferred the doctor on board to speak a bit of English.

You also provided an excellent service.

I am normally very sceptical when I read testimonials thinking they are fixed, however I am writing one for Travel China Guide now:

First and foremost, my main concern was that making a payment to Travel China Guide a tour operator I found on the web and how trust worthy and reliable they would be in delivering the service? Travel China Guide provided me a worry free trustworthy service, they delivered a wonderful cruise and my method of money transfer and credit card details were very safe and secure. I found both my agents Frieda and Hebe to be very courteous, helpful, professional and efficient when dealing with me. They made sure every single detail of the tour was taken care of.

I will definitely book through Travel China Guide for my future travels within China.
