Having just returned home from our tour of China, and I wanted to give you some feedback on our experience with Travel China Guide.

Firstly, let me say that overall the tour exceeded our expectations in many ways. The hotels and food were excellent, the coaches were all very comfortable, and your guides were courteous and professional. Our guide in Beijing, Juliet, was fantastic! The English levels of all our guides was generally very good. The knowledge of all guides was excellent. The tour was well paced and also flexible enough to cater for a few last minute changes. Well done Travel China Guide !!!

I would like to also give you some constructive feedback. I felt that the only weak-link in your tour was in the Shanghai agenda. After experiencing the Great Wall and the Terracotta Soldiers, most of us on the tour could not understand the relevance of visiting the local community center and family in Shanghai. Also the visit to the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China seemed too long. Our guide in Shanghai, while courteous and professional, was perhaps not as experienced and cheerful as the guides we had in Beijing and Xian. I understand that you subcontract the guide service to CITS in Shanghai ... so perhaps this is something that you may wish to reconsider in the future.

To finish on a positive note though, the Shanghai Acrobatic performance was another highlight of the China trip ... and this was a GREAT finish to an outstanding tour. Thank you!

Overall, I must say the Travel China Guide have put together an excellent short tour of China. It was well organized, well paced, and outstanding value for money.
