Thank you for your e-mail and interest in our holiday experience. I would provide our testimonial as follows;

Meals. We found the meals included with the tour to be excellent in all cases. Food was particularly fresh, quality was high and there was plenty of it provided, possibly too much!

Guides.
1) We had three guides, (Kunming, Dali and Lijiang) and all were conscientious and eager to ensure we had an interesting and great time.
2) All guides had good English and we had no problems of communication.
3) All guides had very good local knowledge and explained well the various features of the tour, particularly iteresting to us was the extensive information concerning the various Minority Nationalities and their lives and traditions.

Cars. The service attitude of the drivers was very good, they were always pleasant and helpful. I am pleased to say that the cars were driven safely at all times and were kept clean throughout.

All the arrangements made by TravelChinaGuide were excellent and carried out in a most timely, efficient and friendly manner. Everything was punctual and implemented exactly as the tour itinerary and we had no hitches of any kind. This enabled us to enjoy our memorable holiday experience immensely. I would gladly recommend your company to anyone.

Dear Rebecca,

The meals were all excellent and the restaurants were lovely. Our guides were very helpful in providing considerable guidance to us at our request. It is hard to pick just one, but perhaps the best meal was the restaurant that William took us to for lunch in Guilin our second day there.

The guides were ALL excellent and knowledgeable and did so much for us to make our trip wonderful. The English used was perfectly adequate for our tours. They are ALL very knowledgeable.

ALL cars were very clean and comfortable and all drivers were very professional. We would particularly like to commend Mr. Gau in Beijing, who was especially personable and pleasant.

Izzy, our guide in Beijing is a delightful young woman who was able to teach us a great deal about every site that we visited while we were in the Beijing area. Ruth, in Xi'an, likewise, is a lovely and intelligent young woman who shared her knowledge of and enthusiasm for her home city. William, in Guilin, is a very experienced and caring man who could not have done more for us while we were in his home city. He, too, taught us so much about Guilin and Yangshao. We truly enjoyed our time with these guides very much.

What I would say further is that prior to this trip we did not know anything about Chinese tour agencies and did not know anyone who had ever used one. It seemed an unusual thing for us to do but after research, we decided on TravelChinaGuide because of the attention to high quality meals, tours balanced with seeing the major sights/entertainment opportunities/and cultural experiences. We were not disappointed from our first moments in Beijing until we left Shanghai. All details were thoughtfully taken care of, we had flexibility with every city, and all of our experiences were absolutely wonderful. We will truly never forget our trip and the guides that so carefully and kindly looked after us. Thank you so much to all of you at TravelChinaGuide. We hope to travel with you again in the future.
