Dear Maggie Ye/Ruby Zhao - Travel China Guide,

We are finally home and settled and miss China. We had a wonderful trip! We really enjoyed your country, its people and all you have to offer as a growing nation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. As an extensive traveler I find this is not always the case but would recommend China and travel there to anyone interested.

We had a wonderful hotel (Spring Garden Courtyard). We felt that we got a small taste of everyday China by not staying in a big multi-storied hotel. The hotel was decorated in a more cultural style than would be found in chain hotels. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and courteous. We had an opportunity to make dumplings and try calligraphy. The courtyard was beautiful and we could sit and drink tea and enjoy the sounds of the local area.

Our Beijing tour guide (Zhang Li Li) was a pure joy. She was always smiling and helpful. Her English was excellent. When we had questions she always had answers and helped us find the things we needed. My daughter and I came down with allergy symptoms due to all the spring pollen and she helped find a drug store and medicine to make our stay more comfortable. I can not say enough good things as she really made our stay a wonderful experience!

Our Beijing driver was very good. The car was spotless and in good condition. He seemed to know all the places we needed to go and got us there in a timely manner. There was always extra water in the car, he always made sure that our items we left in the car were secured and taken care of when we were doing other things and seeing the sights.

The only draw back to our trip were the late night trains to Datong. The trains were very late after 11pm both ways with very early arrivals at each end. However, the trip to Datong was worth the effort. We really enjoyed being able to see a little more of China than Beijing only. The Yungang Grotto and the Hanging Temple being the best of our trip there. Our guide and drive were both courteous and well informed.

This trip to China was one of our best trips. We travel with my daughter who is currently 12 years old. I am always concerned about safety and if she has fun too. I have to say I would recommend not only your travel agency, for all your help, but China in general as well. You helped us make sure that everything went smoothly by taking care of all our bookings in advance and answering all our questions before we traveled. We planned in many free days for rest but never once did we actually stop, we were busy everyday there was so much to see. The Chinese people are very kind, caring, helpful people and we look forward to traveling to China again!

Dear Travel China Guide,

Thank you for asking us to comment on your service for our recent trip. As previously all your arrangements worked well. We really enjoyed all that we did.

When we arrived in Shanghai, our guide met us and took us to The Bund Hotel(very nice), and then to the airport next day. Everything worked well, the flight to Yichang was good too. We were met at Yichang and taken to the Yangtze cruise ship by your local guide.

The cruise was good, and very interesting. The food and service on the ship were of high quality, and it was well worth doing.

The visit to Chongqing was also very interesting. The guide(Coffee)was an amusing and helpful person, who took a great pride in her city. The meal we had in Chongqing was very good indeed, we wish we had a restaurant like that near to our home!

The flight back to Shanghai was fine, and the guide who looked after us there was very efficient. The Bund Hotel was a good place to stay. We would recommend it.

All the drivers and their vehicles were good and as they should be, and all the guides, although only with us for a short time, were of a high quality.

We would recommend your service to anyone, indeed we have done so several times. Thank you very much for all you did for us.
