Dear Mr Ye,

The overall impression of the organisation is quite good. You didn't deceive my first impression, that you were serious and concerned about the well-being of your clients.

The meals were quite good. I particularly enjoyed the duck dinner and the dumplings. It was delicious.

The only thing I have noticed is that, in Beijing, most of the set menus were composed with egg fried rice. It was delicious, but it is not bad to change sometimes. In Xian, I appreciated the method. They were menus and you could be at liberty to choose what you wanted.

The hotels In Beijing and Shangai were perfect. In Xian, it was quite good, not as good as the previous one, but the staff was very friendly and ready to help.

I had two good guides : David Li Xuyang from Beijing, he was willing to help at anytime, and on the 24th of December, him and the driver waited for me for more than an hour just to allow me to rest and have my lunch later, near by the hotel. His English and his knowledge are good. The second good guide I had was Tracy from Xian. Her English and her knowledge are good also.

However, I suggest your tour guides to inform themselves about the economy of their country and other areas, because when it was about history, they were very good at giving the answers, but when it was about some other areas, the answers weren't always satisfactory.

Let my give you an exemple : I asked why China vehicles are not exported, because I really liked Chinese cars, and I was wondering why most of the cars exported are from Japan; I didn't really get a satisfactory answer.

The drivers I had were very respectful and good, and the cars were always clean. In Xian, the car was even decorated with white frabric, it was really nice to seat in.

That are my comments for that memorable stay in China. I really appreciated the way everything were organised.

Nothing is perfect in this world, but I am really happy to see that you are willing to improve the service of your clients.

The meals through the trip were very good, highly recommended the Dumpling Dinner.

The car was kept clean all the way and the service attitude of the driver was very good.

What I want to mention is that Helen was a wonderful guide. She is extremely knowledgeable, speaks excellent English, and is very personable. She made me feel like we were two friends exploring together. I consider her to be one of my new Chinese friends. We shared information about our families and got to know each other as friends. Helen was flexible and made changes to my daily itinerary as requested while staying within her constraints as a guide. I hope to have the opportunity to see her again.

First of all, please receive my apologies for not answering right away. Sometimes things get a little complicated.

In reply to your last email I would first like to comment about the extraordinary service I received from yourself and your office. It seems you are all highly organized, and the best aspect of this is that you deliver exactly what you offer. I am very impressed and feel sure that with this kind of service and attitude your company will ensure great success. Following please find my comments about your inquires:

All meals were very good. Urged to choose only one, I would like to recommend the Hot Pot in Xi'an. Just for your information, I would like to mention that all restaurants included, charged for the second soft drink and do not, as your itinerary specifies, include two. This was not important for us, given the quality of your services, but I think it would be good to either talk to your restaurant providers, or change the information in your brochure just so clients feel they are not being taken advantage of.

All your guides were extremely helpful. Julia in Xi'an was the best. Her command of English was very good, as well as her knowledge about thye history and areas visited. The drivers were good. The cars were always kept clean and in good condition.

Finally, our trip was memorable because you made it so. Knowing that every flight, every hotel, every meal was taken care of by people you could trust made all the difference. We were able to relax knowing that you were taking care of thing in a very reliable manner. Thank you very much and congratulations for your great work.
