we would like to thank you for a very enjoyable tour! Everything was organized & taken care of in an excellent manner.

As for the detailed feedback -

organization - everything was perfect, on time with high quality service & conditions.

meals - the food was reasonable, always in a clean,nice environment.

car & driver - we were very pleased to have had such an excellent driver! Mr. Hu Bao Chen was very helpful, on hot days made sure the water we got was ice-cold, his car was very clean. we felt very safe with him.

guide - I think we were very lucky! David (xuyang li) is such a nice young man. We had the best time with him. He was very knowledgeable. He combined serious information with interesting stories, myths & legends about the historical figures he was telling us about. He was always on time , enthusiastic about the tour, very considerate & sensitive to our needs. Even on the issue of taking us to different souvenir shops he made sure it's o.k with us & wasn't pushy. He has a great sense of humor & his attitude was open,curious & very positive. We feel very lucky to have met him. We made ourselves a friend in China!

On the whole the tour gave us a great impression of china & its people. We will definitely book our next visit to China with you.

  I'm happy to give feedback about our trip. I was astounded at how well organised TravelChinaGuide is - our whole holiday ran smoothly and happily. Our guides were charming and enthusiastic, and really reliable. We specially appreciated Anna (Beijing) and Nancy (Datong). All our guides were sensitive to the needs of our children, and were very willing to change plans to accomodate them. Our drivers were reliable, courteous and our mini-buses were clean and comfortable. Most of our meals were really good. Our favourite was our "special" a la carte dinner in Shanghai, with musicians on traditional instruments. The only meal we didn't like was on the Bund (after the water village). Our accommodation in Wutaishan and Datong was terrific. Xian hotel was not so great, but acceptable.

It would really have helped if there was some way I could have confirmed that TravelChinaGuide is genuine, before we paid for our trip. It was rather worrying sending all that money to China, and not knowing whether there would really be anyone to meet us when we arrived. Fortunately there was, and we would certainly use your service again. We felt we really got value for money.
