Thank you for your email. I would thoroughly recommend Travel China Guide to anyone in future. The service provided by your company was excellent and I thankyou for that. Eileen Wang was aboard the Princess Jeannie (China Regal Cruises) and made herself known to us and provided us with an excellent service to find transport when we disembarked the ship.

I was very disappointed that CRC cancelled the last day of the cruise to Wuhan, but I can see why that happened there was only 100 passengers on board and 146 staff! I understand that this is not a Travel China Guides responsibility and I am grateful that my refund was issued quickly.

The service on the cruise was excellent - the staff were very courteous and knowledgable and the cruise itself was the highlight of my whole trip. They provided drinking water every day for us.

When I have organised my photos, I would be happy for them to be on your website and I will write a testimonial about my experiences.

Until then, maybe you could find something out for me - I would like to do another Yangtze cruise - this time from Chongqing to Shanghai. Please can you quote me a price for this sort of trip.

First of all, thank you very much for the warm accommodation during our stay both in Xian and Beijing.

Basically, I think our tour can be broken down into 2 parts only for evaluation. For the first part, the tour guides. For both cities, I think they did exceptionally good in guiding us in each city. Both of them speak very good english as well. They explained about 95% clearly on each of the sites we went. And the good thing about the two guides is both of them are almost the same age as with us. Therefore, we didn't find a hard time in getting along with them from the first day we met. I highly recommend matching tour guides of same age groups. Secondly, for the service vehicle that we used for both cities, both of them are very clean and in good condition. The drivers in both cities are very kind and helpful and well groomed as well.

For the hotel part, since we choose to stay in a budget hotel, we don't have much to say about it. One thing though, during our checking in at the hotel, there were some confussion as to what name the reservation is under. Also, there were also confussion on whether the breakfast is included or not. Hope next time things would run more smoothly.

For the meals, we only had two meals under your arrangement. Both of which are very good. But the serving is just too much. We couldn't finish everything.

For the most memorable and most appreciated part of the tour, I would say the day we were in Mt. Hua. The guide did exceptionally well. We arrive late at cable car station which is past its operating hours (7pm only) and she was able to find way for us to get down thru the cable car. I really appreciate that she stuck with us thru and thru!
