Hello. I would be happy to provide feedback.

The meal we had in Chongqing was excellent - very unique, very delicious, very China. The restaurant was very classy and stylish. I would recommend it to all.

Our guide in Chongqing was OUTSTANDING. Very conscientious, took great care of us, spoke perfect English. We tried to tip her but she refused!!!!! And both of our guides spoke perfect English.

Our driver from Chongqing airport to the boat was very nice, very professional. Same for the car - very clean, very nice. Our driver from Yichang to Wuhan was also very professional, with clean car. Unfortunately though he smoked and the car smelled like cigarettes. He did not smoke while driving us though - only during the bathroom stops.

I would recommend your travel company to anyone. You responded to all of my emails in a very timely and professional manner, and helped arrange a trip my husband and I will never forget. Traveling in a foreign country like China where neither myself nor my husband speak or read the language can be very unsettling. However your local guides were always waiting for us at each of our travel destinations, they took us to local restaurants and where time, local sites. They were always professional and courteous, and spoke perfect English. I would like to thank you for the truly amazing quality of service we received, and I would be happy for my comments to appear on your website. Thank you Travel China Guide!

  Dear Jason and Vicky,

Thank you for your follow up email and invitation to provide feedback on our trip to China back in May. I must apologize for the very long delay in our reply but I have been very busy since our return and this has been my first opportunity to write. Before going further, however, I would like to ask if you could kindly provide Linda's (our Beijing tour guide) email address. She gave us her email address so that I could send a photo when we returned but I lost my wallet when we were leaving Beijing. I would be most grateful if you could forward it to me as I feel awful that I have not emailed her already as promised.

As far as the tour is concerned we were most happy with everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would recommend your service to anyone we know going to China. You made travelling in China very easy and pleasurable.

All of the meals you arranged were wonderful. We found them very delicious and enjoyed the quality of the restaurants selected. The only thing I would venture to say that would be something you might consider changing in the future is that our first two meals in Beijing both had lemon chicken served. However, this is such a very minor point. We enjoy the dish and therefore have no complaints this way. Regarding the a la carte meal in Xi'an we wonder if we may have ordered dog meat? When we asked what we were ordering, we were told it was deer meat but I have had deer meat many times and this was not at all the same. Aside from this, we can say with certainty that, regardless of the restaurant, the food was always delicious (even the unknown meat), the service excellent and the atmosphere in all of them was very good. Since all the meals were wonderful it is hard to select just one to recommend, we enjoyed them all. If you recall, we asked your advice on whether to take in the meal at the Tang Dynasty Dinner Theatre or to try the Dumpling Restaurant and we chose the dumpling restaurant. We were certainly pleased we did. It was fantastic. Thank you for the flexibility in allowing this change. The show too was a terrific experience - so much so I wish I would have stopped to buy the DVD to show family back home.

We both have limited knowledge of Chinese history so are in no position to scrutinize the information we were provided. As far as we were concerned, both tour guides' knowledge was very good.

The attitudes of our drivers were fine and the cars were kept clean at all times. Neither drivers spoke English so communication was at a minimum. It was nice to see a woman driver in Xi'an. She was very pleasant and friendly. The cars were nice and provided a smooth ride throughout the tour. The only comment I would have was that the back seat can get rather hot when the sun comes through the back windows. With the air conditioning in the front it can get rather warm in the back seat on hot days.

Both drivers were excellent in skill. We felt safe the whole time in the cars despite all the traffic. We were especially impressed at both drivers were able to navigate the car skillfully and efficiently through traffic getting us from one destination to another very quickly when time was of the essence.

We would like to thank Linda and the driver for their patience at the Great Wall since we arrived at it very late in the day and probably took longer than average tourists to see it. We know we made their day very long but they were both very obliging and accommodating. She also did her best to make our visit to the Summer Palace a bit longer than the itinerary had allowed for. While this was requested in the emails, it was somehow overlooked and she made certain everything turned out fine. We can't thank her enough.

Finally, we would like to thank you for the special personal greeting from your office during our meal at the Dinner Theatre in Xi'an. The T-shirts were a wonderful momento of the service you provided and of a lovely trip to China. These are memories we will cherish forever. Thank you.

As far as posting our names and email addresses to your website, we would rather leave our comments as anonymous. Thank you again for your wonderful service. We hope to use you again in the future.
