I am happy to give you the following feedback after our exciting tour.

Time spent at each spot was good, and we did enjoy the variety of people and nationalities on the tour. The meals were mostly excellent, and we enjoyed the authentic cuisine in each place. Accommodation was outstanding in most places except Xian.

Our guides were very knowledgeable, and eager to help. Rose was difficult to understand at times, but was happy to explain when we asked. We have no complaints at all about the level of knowledge of the guides. Echo, in Xian, was excellent. She was easy to understand, and very entertaining; she also gave us a lot of information about the excursions. We only met Michael briefly, as we left the tour in Shanghai to spend festival with relatives, but his English was excellent, and he seemed very nice.

We were most impressed with the state of the cars and buses, and the attitude of the drivers. All were excellent drivers, very patient and helpful to us.

We would recommend your company to anyone visiting China. We felt the service was very professional, and the standard of the hotels was mostly outstanding. After our first day, we felt relaxed and comfortable, knowing that we were going to be well looked after.

Your tour arrangement was very reasonable and professional. We enjoy our brief stay in your country. Such a powerful country and so beautiful.

The lunch we had at lily hotel (Hangzhou) was good. The fried noodles were very good, our guide, Liu was very conscientious. She was knowledgeable although thought there was no industry in Hangzhou besides silk and green tea, but we met businessmen in our hotel who were working with heavy manufacturing in Hangzhou area. The driver's attitude was good. The car was clean.

Our guide, Liu, asked us if we wanted to see the silk factory and we did. We found the tour of the silk factory and opportunity to buy silk quilt some of best parts of our tour to Hangzhou. Very nice experience--recommend to see Hangzhou on weekday instead of weekend so less crowded.
