Sorry for the delay in replying to your request for feedback. We had a wonderful time in China and appreciate the opportunity to respond to your questions.
We found that there was too much food provided to the three of us for the meals arranged by you. We felt guilty leaving so much uneaten.
All our guides were extremely conscientious, pleasant, and enjoyable to be with. Each guide was easy to communicate with and conversed easily with each of us. Each guide was very knowledgeable about the cities, sites, surrounding countryside and the history of China.
Each driver was very friendly & courteous. Each kept the van clean and we felt very comfortable and secure with their driving and we appreciated them staying with the vehicle when our valuables were kept there.
Gloria Guo and Jimmy Guo seemed to take a genuine interest in each one of our family members. They seemed to care about our well-being and wanted to be sure our interests and needs were met. Both seemed to genuinely care about our 11 year old son and he enjoyed their company.
We have told many friends and family about the wonderful care and excellent arrangements TravelChinaGuide undertook on our behalf. For those that expressed an interest in visiting China, we encouraged them to contact us for more information about your services. Throughout the trip, in each city we visited, in each wonderful cultural site, we felt safe and secure. Each time we had a question or a request, the guides quickly responded and met our needs/interests. We also were so pleasantly surprised and warmly touched by your gracious presence when we were eating lunch our last day in Xi'an - what a nice, caring touch. Outstanding customer service.
We've attached a few photos. Thank you very much for your excellent support of our memorable visit.
Sincerely,
Vic, Mary & Alex

Dear Maggie Ye/ Tina Wang,Travel Counsellors
Sorry for the delay in this answer but since we have returned to Chile has been too much work.
Well, in relation to the travel, we are very satisfied, in the whole was very good. And we will comment some aspects separatedly.
The places of the Tour. Very good and interesting most of them, maybe more days in Beijing could be better to visit a lot of places that the city has to visit. The only city that doesn't worth two days is Yichang, the visit to the Sturgeon place and the Museum was really poor. Otherwise Shanghai is an amazing city and really deserves more days to visit it. The other cities and times were ok. Punctuality and reception/ attention for in and out. Excellent, we never have to wait , the guides and drivers very punctual.
Hotels. Excellent in general, very good hotels, good breakfast, facilities, good location.
Guides and drivers. Excellent, very kind and polite and nice. No problem at all with English in spite that we are not native English speakers, we always understand perfectly everything.
Cruise along the Yantze. Very good, in spite the cabin were a bit little, the ship in general was quite comfortable, very good meals, service, very clean, etc.
Restaurants, in general were rather good, the only place were the food was bad was in Guilin.
For the entertanment shows, in Beijing, Xian and Shanghai were excellent, but Guilin doesn't worth the visit, the theather was rather shabby and the spectacle poor.
In general we think it was an excellent trip and with a very good price in relation the services that were offered.
We will definitely travel with this agency again.
Sincerely. Marcelo Del Pino/ Mauricio Baros. Santiago, Chile.
