- Itinerary:15 Days Luxury of Kunming - Dali - Lijiang - Shangri-La - Kunming - Chengdu - Lanzhou - Dunhuang -Beijing

The meals were fine. Our daughter is a vegan and the guides always made sure there were plenty of dishes for her to choose from. Our favorite meal was a lunch in Chengdu (sorry can't remember the name) where we enjoyed real tasty Sichuan food.
Every guide was friendly, knowledgable and hard working, spoke very good to excellent English.
The drivers and their cars were great - very clean, good and safe drivers. We particularly appreciated the driver who gave up his free time to drive us to Dali after the flood in Kunming and even took us to dinner on the way. It was a four hour drive there in the evening and then he turned around to return to Kunming for another party the next morning. The driver who took us to the Kunming airport the day of the flooding also made a heroic effort to get us to the flooded airport in time.
Ms Leo, in Kunming came back to a flooded airport to find us in the afternoon after making alternate travel arrangements for us. We were so glad to see her and so grateful for her help after spending much of the day in the flooded airport. It turned a potentially disasterous day into an interesting adventure and enabled us to continue our journey on schedule.
Having the support of your guides and drivers during the Kunming flood made us very grateful that we chose your agency to make our travel arrangements. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and colleagues. When next we come to China we will definitely look to you.
Thanks.
Chris

Hi.I'm happy to comment on your services. Betty and I had a wonderful time on the tour and I have already recommended it to others. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical of joining a tour group since Betty speaks Mandarin and we could travel independently. I was a bit concerned that we would be stuck with your schedule and the people we would be grouped with.
However, the people in our group were wonderful to travel with and having everything handled for us by you allowed us to just enjoy ourselves without the hassles of finding our own meals, transportation and access to sights and shows. I don't know how you could have done much any better than it was.
That said, I'm not sure I would take one of your tours again, at least not any time soon. That's not because there was anything wrong, just that your tours all (or mostly) include Beijing and Xian. While those were great to see, I can't see any reason to go back to see the same sights again. The Guilin-Yangshuo part I would go back to again. I wish we could have had more time there. It was beautiful and relaxing.
The meals were all very good. To me they were mostly similar, even though I realize there was a great variety of dishes. The two I remember most are the dumpling dinner and the western buffet at the Xian hotel upon arrival. That is because those two were totally different from the others, not necessarily better.
All the guides we had were very good on all counts. No trouble understanding their English. All were pleasant and attentive to the group as well as being knowledgeable about the places we visited.
The buses we had were all clean and the drivers did as good a job as was possible getting us through all the traffic. The traffic in most places was pretty bad...but there is nothing you can do about that.
Thank you for making our trip a truly great one that I did not want to end.
