All the guides allotted to us were wonderful. They seemed to be able to put us at ease from the start, were ever attentive to our needs and showed high degrees of local knowledge. They managed to strike just the right balance of friendliness and courtesy.
All the drivers were polite and attentive. The cars were always clean, even between visits during the day we could see they had been cleaned. At no time did we feel uncomfortable with their driving skills.
We particularly liked the punctuality of all the guides throughout our journey. On no occasion were we ever left waiting. (Please find attached photograph).
Regards
Peter Turton

Abbey/Ruby,So sorry for the long delay in getting you my trip critique (I have been very, very busy ever since I returned from my trip). Overall, I had a wonderful time on my vacation in each of the cities that I was in. I did not have a single bad thing to say, and I have already recommended your company to several of my friends who are interested in seeing China.
I want to say I was very pleased with Lhasa part of the trip. The new Four Points Sheraton was one of the nicest hotels on the whole trip, and the sites were amazing. The guide was very good, and knew quite a bit about all of the history and sites that we saw. The weather was very pleasant the entire time, and I really enjoyed it.
The meals were all quite good. All of the meals served in Hotels were excellent, and the restaurant choices allowed me to really try a variety of Chinese food. One meal I particularly enjoyed was the dumpling banquet in Xi'an, which was my favorite (I really like dumplings). The only critique I will offer is that I would have liked for the guides to be able to eat with me since I was travelling alone.
All of the guides were excellent, and never tried to push any "shopping trips" on me unless I requested it. Each of the guides had an excellent command of the English language. My guide in Guilin and Yangshuo had the best English pronunciation of the group. Each of the guides was capable of answering all of my questions and were very helpful.
The drivers were all quite good, and very polite. None of the vehicles were ever dirty or unsafe. I liked the driver I had in Beijing the best.
In summary, this trip to China was everything I had hoped for, and spending a few days in Hong Kong at the end was a perfect way to relax. I truly have nothing bad to say, and I will highly recommend your company in the future, and when I do return to China, I will be booking my trip through you. Feel free to post my comments on your web site (do not post my email address), and if you want any of the many pictures I took, just let me know. I appreciated Ruby coming down to see how things were when I was in Xi'an. If you have any more questions about my trip, or specific parts of the trip, please just email me and I will get back to you. Thank you again.
Cheers,
Richard A. Behrmann
