Thank you Linda, the meals were great. The best arranged meal was the hot pot dinner in Xian.

Both guides (Echo, and Janet) were friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke English well.

The car transportation was great. we loved the buses. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the drivers were very friendly.

We all really loved Echo. We got along with her really really well, and felt that she made our trip to Xian really wonderful. She was very spontaneous and flexible, and knew exactly what would best for our group. She was willing to make changes to the schedule, and she went out of her way to make sure we were always comfortable and happy. I really appreciated that.

Overall, we really really enjoyed our trip in China, and Travel China Guide made our trip go extremely smoothly, which made my life a lot easier! Thanks for everything. I plan to recommend your service to anyone I know who is interested in traveling in China.

The meals were okay. We prefer Hunan and Sichuan cuisine so the Mandarin food was a little bland for our taste. However, our guide was very accommodating and ordered some very tasty dishes for us. The first lunch restaurant was the definitely the best--best pot stickers I've ever eaten and excellent spicy shrimp.

Li Li, our guide, was superb. Excellent English skills and exceptional attitude. She went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted from the trip and that we understood the history of the places and museums we visited.

Apologies for the delay been back in work mode unfortunately ok here we go with the feedback:

1. Meals :
Enjoyed every meal in different ways. Some of the dishes were not to our liking but that was to be expected and was a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed trying the variety. The meal in Shanghai was particularly nice in the " Seagull" restaurant, fantastic venue and wonderful selection of food.

The Peking Duck that Linda suggested for one of our evening meals was our favourite meal absolutely delicious!

The guides were varied but all informative and knowledgable and their English was fantastic.

Linda ( Beijing ) was absolutely outstanding made us feel very welcome and was the one guide who stood out and we feel like we have made a friend in China she was extremely understanding even though we kept bombarding with questions.

Bob ( Chengdu ) was a very charismatic character and loved being with him for our short stay here and was a pleasure to be with.

Luna ( Guiliin ) very bubbly and kept us well informed although as you can appreciate we did not spend much time with her.

Michael ( Shang Hai ) very professional but slighly lacking in any real emotion felt a little robotic and didn't really appear to be that interested in our experiences lacking in empathy a little patronising at times.

Lady in Xian, was very disappointing as you can see we did not catch her name and the whole day was very very rushed and we felt that we were an inconvenience to her. Seemed quite disinterested and more concerned about various opportunities for us to spend money in the locations we visited.It seemed we were disrupting her routine and really had no interest in us and the museum visit she really gave the impression that she was trying to get round as quick as possible.

The cars and the drivers no complaints. All the cars were fine and all the drivers very courteous.


Overall would like to thank you for a wonderful tour, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in China and the points above did not in any way spoil the whole holiday they are just minor gripes and the hotel in Sanya you suggested for us was first class as far as the accomodation was concerned just what we required prior to returning home although their buffet left a little to be desired !
