Dear travel china guide. We was very happy about the whole trip. Only comment is that the food on board of the cruise ship was not the best. We was happy rooms at the boat and the service attitude.
All your guides gave us a very good adventure and cars was fine and clean, and drivers very helpful.
If I should pull out one guide, then Tracy in Xian is very good and can make everyone happy.
We will for sure use you travel agency next year where we'll also take vacation in China. So we hope that you can come up with some good suggestion for 2 weeks vacation in China in June next year (Or maybe this year also) we like travelling in China.
Kindly Regards
Klaus Bo Jensen

Overall we enjoyed the meals, we were taken to some excellent restaurants. The meals in Beijing were good, we particularly enjoyed the excellent Peking Duck. The meals in Xian were excellent throughout, we loved every place we were taken. The meals in Chengdu were okay, apart from the meal on the last night, where the food was poor and so was the service in the restaurant. The food on board the cruise ship was very good and so was the buffet in the hotel in Chongqing. The food Shanghai was also good. The American breakfasts in the hotels throughout were good. The food we liked best was all the food in Xian and the Peking Duck in Beijing
All the guides were excellent. All the drivers were good, with a good attitude. In Xian your guide Julia was exceptional, she took great care to make sure we understood everything, and gave a great deal of care helping us to choose our meals. Her English was so good she could even understand our English sense of humour and join in our fun. She had a lovely personality and was exceedingly knowledgeable about the Terracotta Warriors. We must also give great praise to Yui in Shanghai, again she had a wonderful happy personality, great knowledge and like Julia her English was so advanced she understood our humour. She was very knowledgeable and efficient.
For the hotels we thought all were very good except the Sheraton in Chengdu, which was not up to 5 star standard. The rooms were very poor, but the staff here were very nice and the food was good.
For a testimonial we would say the following:
Travel China Guide is a wonderful tour company, simply the best we have ever used, they were 100% reliable and gave us everything they had promised and more. We were a party of 4 who choose a basic tour and then added other parts to it such as the 3 day Yangtze Cruise and a visit to the Panda bears reserve. We chose 5 star accommodation throughout (well worth having)and nearly all our meals were included and were very good quality. We were escorted by a guide/interpreter and driver in a 7 seater vehicle, which was very comfortable and convenient, each evening we were taken to excellent restaurants and also included were 3 shows, these were as spectacular as any West End show and we enjoyed them immensely. We covered many major tourist venues amongst them: Beijing, The Forbidden City, the Great Wall; In Xian, the Terracotta Warriors; Chengdu, the Panda Reserve; In Chongqing, we went to a wonderful street market, followed by a Yangtze cruise and the visit to Shanghai,we loved the Garden district here. This is short list, we saw many other sights, also included were 3 internal airflights and a 4 hour train journey to Chongqing, at each point we were met promptly and efficiently. The guides were all excellent, the restaurants and hotels were great and China was the most marvellous country with many wonderful historic and different places to see. The way we travelled as a party of 4 was ideal, much better than going in a big group and real value for money as well. Seeing China is a must and Travel China Guide is an excellent tour company to go with.
