Dear Abbey and Ruby,

Thank you for planning for us a wonderful vacation. China is the most interesting country we have visited so far. We were impressed by your company since the first moment we contacted you. You responded to all our emails within 24 hours . That is why we chose you, we knew we could count on you in case some problems would arise in China. The whole trip was well organized. Everything went smoothly without any incidents . You gave us everything you promised . The only thing we were not happy about was waiting for 4 hours at the airport in Kunming for our connecting flight to Guilin .

The food was delicious . We can not pinpoint the best meal because we liked them all. But the most interesting experience was in Shangri la , when we ordered hot pot in a small local restaurant . We always got so much food we could never finish it all.

All the hotels were very nice, clean, with good service and excellent location . The only thing we didn’t like too much was our room in our hotel in Lhasa. It looked old and we didn’t have hot water for two days . But all this was compensated by the location that couldn’t be any better. There was a nice ambiance about the hotel in Shangri la.

We were very satisfied with the way we were treated by our guides. Their english was very good. Some of them had a little bit of an accent ,but it didn’t take us long to get used to it. Our guides were kind , friendly , helpful and knowledgeable . They gave us information about what to do in our free time and helped us arrange some of our evening activities . We would like to mention our guide Lily from Lijiang , whom we liked a lot , she was very kind , she went great lengths to satisfy our wishes . Our guide Sophia in Xian was nice and energetic , but we felt a little bit rushed during our sightseeing . On the other hand she was helpful in finding for us a very nice place to get a massage . We enjoyed learning interesting facts about the Tibetan people and their everyday life from our guide Tse Tan in Lhasa.

The drivers were always on time. They were polite and professional. Their cars were clean and comfortable. We felt safe with our drivers even though traffic was sometimes very hectic.

We also appreciated that they had available bottles of water for us everyday.

Over all we really enjoyed every single day of our trip and we would definitely recommend Travel China Guide to all of our friends and to anybody planning a trip to China.
