We are delighted to report our satisfaction of your organisations handling of a fantastic holiday for us in China. The fast response to email queries was appreciated and as I mentioned before my only problem was not realising right from the beginning our arrangements on arriving in Beijing and then flying to Xian were not confirmed till only 4 days before we left home. That was anxiety making so I suggest you reinforce that right from the beginning of confirming an itinerary.

I loved Guilin and the location of the hotel was fantastic as I was able to go out for early morning walks amongst the locals and appreciate the Chinese way of life. The Cultural Show at Guilin was also amazing. We always seemed to get the best seats in the house for all the shows we saw.

The meals provided were very enjoyable except the breakfast at the hotel in Beijing was disappointing with no drink included. We realise we had been spoilt with the choices at the 4 star hotels elsewhere and that is evident from the weight I put on during our stay. I actually could not have any meal standing out above all. We enjoyed them all.

Linda our guide in Beijing was great as my husband was struggling with his health and all the walking we did. Her concern for him especially when we lost him at the Beijing zoo as I was very happy to spend more time than he thought necessary watching the pandas eat and play and consequently he was "misplaced" for a while till Linda found him. She also stayed with him while allowing me the time to walk to the top of the Great Wall which I really appreciated. We have friends who have twice visited the Great Wall and both times were told they only had 20 minutes to see. ( Not your compnay) The driver in Beijing was excellent and all cars were spotless and well maintained.

We enjoyed the train trip to Hangzhou and also the cruise on the Yangtze was a nice way to watch the world go by from the comfort of our cabin.

I am certainly recommending your company to anybody who expresses an interest in visiting China. The organisation was fantastic and when our plane on the final leg to Beijing was diverted to another airport for 3 hours we were very concerned about our guide waiting for us. I rang the company when we could not find her on arrival and was having a very reassuring conversation with someone in the office when Linda turned up. Our flight arrival had not been advised as arriving and she had been patiently waiting nearby.

My son and family who are inbound tour operators in New Zealand are impressed with the service and value you have provided to us and would certainly use your company if they ever visit China.
